Buddy Ardd: Tivo hasn't crashed - it is actually still recording, I can still play recorded items. When I play I can hear but not see. It says "no signal". I think it might have something to do with cable?
Dale Mccoun: Hi Jill,It sounds like your TiVo has crashed much like a computer does.Unplug the TiVo from the wall for a couple minutes. Plug it back in and let it power up. This takes a couple minutes. You can monitor it on your TV screen.Hopefully that fixed your problem.Norm...Show more
