Florencia Manolakis: If you've sat on the phone with Xbox, then try calling your ISP (Internet Service Provider), it could be that your network isn't geared for gaming. Or it could just be something wierd with your Router. 1st, try connecting to Xbox LIVE going straight from your console to the modem, without the aid of the Router. Then if it doesn't work, call your ISP. If connecting to your modem does work, next try a Power Cycle with your Router. Unplug the router for a good minute, plug it back in, and 30 seconds later, reconnect your console to the router. If a Power Cycle doesn't fix it, then call the manufacturer of the Router. Esteban Faggett: All i can say is unplug your modem and try again. Don't bother calling Microsoft because they have the worst customer services, If your going to call someone then call your internet service provider because they might be able to help. I think the best thing for you to do! is to just buy a PS3 because they really are the best and if you think about it it's actually cheaper and BETTER! I have to admit the xbox has more games but that doesn't mean they are better. On the other hand the PS3 has way better exclusive games....Show more
