Eva Lichlyter: There's a whole neighborhood in Shadow Hills Estates in Sunland Tujunga area that closes off their a'hood for the children. Pretty much all decorate for kids to have a great Halloween memory. It is very safe and kid and adult friendly. It is off of Sunland Blvd. Turning left on Stonehu! rst and going to Wicks, then right. You have to park your car then walk the area as the residents want the neighborhood to be safe for the children to Trick or Treat without worry.
