Rosalba Lingner: First of all, why do you think you need this icon showing in the tray? It's one more of the useless items XP stuck us with. But (sigh)! click on Start, Settings, Task Bar & Start Menu. Then select Customize. That shows everything that CAN be shown in your system tray. Usually, icons are not shown if they are not in active use.And for goodness sake, leave the rundll shell stuff alone.
